Michael Jackson Working on 25th Anniversary Edition of Thriller

The King of Pop, Michael Jackson, has been working on his 25th anniversary edition of his "Thriller" album that will feature remixes of four tracks as CD extras.  The tracks that will be remixed are "Billie Jean," "The Girl Is Mine," "Wanna Be Starting Something" and "Pretty Young Thing."  Additionally, four tracks left off "Thriller" in 1983 will be included.  The remixes will include work by Kanye West, Akon, and will.i.am. Thriller 25" will be released by Sony.

Janet Jackson has signed a deal with L.A. Reid's label Reid’s Island Urban where her boyfriend Jermaine Dupri is president.  Jermaine has stated that he will stay in the background while Janet records.  According to Jermaine, "She's on Island, but it's more or less [Reid's] project"

Timbaland (A.K.A. Timothy Mosley) was in German police custody early yesterday morning for getting in a bar brawl with a 29 year old Croatian male who was hospitalized with multiple bruises and injuries to his rib cage as a result. Apparently, Timbaland and the Croatian man get into a heated argument in a bar of the Intercontinental Hotel in Cologne at 11.30 p.m.

Prince is large!  Within minutes of tickets going on sale for the first seven of Prince 21 scheduled shows, they were all sold out.   Now that's what I call living large.  Your music is so good that tickets to your concert are out sold within minutes.  Very few entertainers can do that.

George Michael to Appear in Court for Driving Charges

George Michael has got problems! The now 43-year-old singer is scheduled to appear in court Jan. 11, 2007 on charges of being unfit to drive, after the singer was arrested last Oct. 2 after police responded to complaints that a car was blocking an intersection in north London. Police said Michael was found passed out inside the car.
