 | Janet Jackson new album titled "Feedback" is the number one album in the country. This is her first time in almost seven years. The CD is Janet's 6th Billboard 200 chart topper and her first No. 1 since 2001's "All For You." "Feedback" is also her first project with Island Def Jam.

Janet Jackson Signs with Reid's Island Urban
 | Janet Jackson has signed a deal with L.A. Reid's label Reid’s Island Urban where her boyfriend Jermaine Dupri is president. Jermaine has stated that he will stay in the background while Janet records. According to Jermaine, "She's on Island, but it's more or less [Reid's] project"
