Busta Rhymes Gets Three Years Probation

Busta Rhymes was sentenced to three years of probation for two separate assaults in 2006. Busta (A.K.A. Trevor Smith) dropped his innocent plea last January to avoid a trial and a one-year prison stay. Busta pleaded guilty to assault, two driving infractions and weapons possession and began serving his sentence on Tuesday. In December 2006 Busta was charged with beating up his chauffeur, and an August 2006 incident in which he attacked a fan that spat on his car.

Busta Rhymes (A.K.A. Trevor Smith) was in a Manhattan, New York, court room yesterday to learn his fate in four separate cases ranging from DUI to assault.  Busta ended up getting three years' probation and 10 days of community service for his two assault cases.  The assaults include one involving his former driver and the other for beating up a fan who spat on his SUV.

Jail time to coming for Busta Rhymes! All that money and I can see a future "Lock Down" coming for my man Busta.  Maybe it will do him some good.  Busta is going on trial for the recent two assault charges.  The recent plea deal was withdrawn by Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Tanya Kennedy because of his recent arrest for driving with a suspended license.

To avoid 6 months on lock down in prison on 2 separate assault charges, 34 year old Busta Rhymes (A.K.A Trevor Smith) is considering a deal that will allow him to be free if he pleads guilty to a misdemeanor assault with three years' probation. If he violates probation, he could go to jail for a year.

Busta Rhymes is in trouble again. What is wrong with these rappers? They have all this money but yet they seem to can't stay out of trouble. It's true what that say! Money doesn't change people. If you are a poor trouble maker and you become rich. Then you'll just be a rich trouble maker.
