Boy George Arrested Again

May 1, 2007 7:00 PM | Interesting Stuff | Pop | Comments (0)

Ok, it's not a rapper getting in trouble this time.  It's Boy George!  The English pop star is in trouble again.  My man Boy George was arrested on suspicion of assault and wrongful imprisonment last Saturday morning after one of his male acquaintance filed a complaint against him. According to Auden Carlsen, 28, Boy George invited him to pose for some erotic photographs.

After Boy George took the photos, an unidentified man handcuffed him to a hook on the wall in a bedroom. After the unknown man left, Boy George then whipped out a box of whips and other kinky items. Carlsen told Britain's Sun tabloid that he , "was convinced [he] was going to die" at George's East London home, where the former Culture Club front man had supposedly invited Carlsen to pose for some photographs.

Carlsen said that while he had hooked up with George via a U.K. personals Website called Gaydar, he agreed to go to the singer's home at midnight in exchange for 400 pounds only to serve as a model.  (Yea right, who the hell does that?)

"Now you'll get what you deserve," George said, according to Carlsen's account. The young man then said he wrenched the hook out of the wall, fled the residence and called the police at about 6:30 a.m.

Scotland Yard confirmed that George, whose real name is George O'Dowd, has been bailed and, pending further investigation, was ordered to return to the station in July.

Last March, George pleaded guilty to falsely reporting a burglary at his Manhattan apartment in October 2005—New York's finest discovered 13 bags of cocaine, but no burglar—and received five days of community service and a $1,000 fine.
