Another rapper involved in a 187 (that's the police code for murder). Rapper Fat Joe (A.K.A. Jose Cartagena) may have witnessed a double murder during a brawl last Memorial Day. It seems two men were killed by gun fire outside of David's Cafe II in South Beach, Miami. Police want to talk to Fat Joe ASAP, although they have arrested a man the think is the shooter.
