Cam'ron Idiotic Statements to Justify Not Snitching

April 27, 2007 9:48 AM | Cam'ron | Rap | Comments (2)

Cam’ron is an arrogant fool!  I hope our young youth; especially African Americans males don't listen to this fool.  For those of you who don't know, Cam’ron gave an idiotic interview on 60 minutes last Sunday where he claimed he'd never snitch to the police. Even if a serial killer lived next door to him he wouldn't tell the police.  He claimed he would just move.

Cam’ron stated, “I wouldn’t call and tell anybody on him -- but I’d probably move … but I’m not going to call and be like, ‘The serial killer's in 4E,’” As a result, Cam'ron has received a barrage of criticism and outrage over his foolish comments.

Additionally, he was shot in 2005 and he wouldn’t tell the police who shot him, even if he knew.  If someone almost took my life, and I knew who they were, hell yea, I’m telling the police.  I pay taxes for the police to protect me and for the judicial system to bring me justice.

The multimillionaire rapper Cam'ron who doesn't live in the hood anymore, justification is that his street credibility would affect his album sales.  So for him is all about the money.  To hell with everyone else, I have to get paid. What a fool!  I sure hope people stop buying his albums to teach him a lesson.

Cam’ron realizing his foolish comments, hired publicity firm 5W Public Relations to help deal with the backlash caused by his controversial comments on the news program.

Cam'ron released a news release that reads as follows:

"In 2005, I was a victim of a violent crime. I was shot multiple times without provocation by two armed men who attempted to carjack my vehicle. Although I was a crime victim, I didn't feel like I could cooperate with the police investigation. Where I come from, once word gets out that you've cooperated with the police that only makes you a bigger target of criminal violence. That is a dark reality in so many neighborhoods like mine across America. I'm not saying its right, but its reality. And it's not unfounded. There's a harsh reality around violence and criminal justice in our inner cities." "But my experience in no way justifies what I said. Looking back now, I can see how those comments could be viewed as offensive, especially to those who have suffered their own personal tragedies or to those who put their lives on the line to protect our citizens from crime. Please understand that I was expressing my own personal frustration at my own personal circumstances. I in no way was intending to be malicious or harmful. I apologize deeply for this error in judgment."

If he was worried about violence against him, he should have said that in the first place. To say that if he lived next to a serial killer he would just move because it's bad for business - that just sucks!!!

My man Cam'ron is on a different planet. That brother needs some help. All the money and fame doesn't change you if you are a stupid person.
