Snoop Dog Peads Not Guilty To Felony Charge

January 24, 2007 8:26 PM | Rap | Snoop Dog | Comments (0)

Rapper Snoop Doggy Dog (real name Calvin Broadus) pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of possessing a deadly weapon. For some reason Snoop had a collapsible police baton in his luggage at John Wayne Airport last September 27th. It seems like Snoop is always getting in trouble. How come we don't hear Will Smith getting in trouble? All that money and he's bound to end up in jail.

The rapper was not in attendance when his lawyer entered the not guilty plea in Orange County Superior Court. Snoop remains free on $150,000 bail and if convicted, he may face up to three years in prison. Snoop claims the baton was a prop in a video he was filming in New York. Ok, that sounds like a good reason!

Last October, Snoop was arrested at Bob Hope Airport in Burbank for felony possession of a gun and transportation of marijuana. Remember, Snoop had claimed he stopped doing dope! I wouldn't want him coaching my kid! Last November, he was arrested outside NBC Studios in Burbank for illegally having a firearm, cocaine, marijuana and a false compartment in his vehicle.

Drop it like it's hot!
